  13. I've recently attempted to add a second IDE HD to my CD32/SX1 system.

  15. Everything works OK until I write to the new drive, which then promptly
  16. results in the system freezing...
  17.  
  18. I've tried altering MaxTransfer to no avail, but I don't think that this
  19. is what is causing the problem, as even making a directory will freeze!
  20.  
  21. I've tried 2 different brands as the second HD (Seagate and Connor), and
  22. the main drive is a Connor (I'm pretty sure I've got Master/Slave setting
  23. right, as all drives function perfectly in my PC)...

  25. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?
